Currently in our Retail Management forms, we have a different scanning behavior where on every scan a new row gets added in the item grid instead of adding the qty in the existing row. Customer is using the RM Owned module as POS in his store for all cash sales, so he require scanning option like POS/Other module and excel import is of not such help for him.
Retail sale module is used to post any transaction in ERP done from either POS or OMS/Online channels. Thus this functionality cannot be provided.
Hence marking it "Will not implement".
