After done the grc user cannot edit grc and update items in existing grc
GRC already done and stock sent to branches after that users edit the grc and change the RSP and other attributes but at the time of billing barcode sticker is showing RSP but in billing showing different RSP that's why we will ask you user can not edit the GRC.

Please elaborate the problem statement, it is not clear where from GRC is done. Because in HO user can edit the GRC.
