Business Scenario: Out of all the pending items, user wants to select and issue few of the items without providing transaction quantity manually.
Problem area: We have provided a feature to populate all pending quantity. On clicking that, all pending quantity gets displayed in transaction quantity. User now wants to select a few of the rows and populate only the ones selected.
