Data sync history for POS (exact date & time of POS location) (not for HO)

Hi,

Required POS location data synchronization date & time (exact date & time at POS location)

Currently We can check the data sync history of HO only

We already escalated the issue to Support Team they verified lot of difference between POS data sync (Sent) and HO data sync (Receive)

also verified is there any report of POS data sync, but they couldn't find in Generic reports and told that raise an idea

Support ticket id:- 185569

it will help for HO users, in front-end who were doing data sync hourly bases and what is the exact time we can check if the Report is developed

Please support on priority bases...

    POS Users are saying incorrect information, and we are unable to track the same in HO

    You can track all POS level SYNC related activities in the POS only.
