No Goods lost in transit value is showing in accounting and our stock qty as per inventory and as per accounts is getting differed.

This problem had occurred for all the entries of short/Excess receipt, we are showing one entry here as sample.

So we need auto entry posting for Goods lost in Transit ledger.

This auto entry was passed earlier by ginesys before GST implementation. But now no impact.

We are agreed on the reply posted by Ginesys team but there should be must auto posting of Debit/Credit Note against ref entry. Feel free to Call us on 9836763468 / 9331470016 for any other clarification

As you mentioned correctly, post implementation of GST, we from system have discarded the posting in Transit difference ledger.

Reason being: As per GST the purchase invoice/Transfer In should be booked with the same amount as of Tax Invoice. And in case there is any difference, further DN/CN should be raised.
So in order to adhere to the above law, we are posting accounting with full amount so as to fulfill the GST return requirement also.

This is the reason stock mismatch is visible between two reports.
