The Amount of Incentive have to Calculate against Net Sale Quantity, not Net Sale Value Merged

Dear Sir,

Currently the Amt of Incentive is not being calculated on the items whose Net Sale value is Zero. The Amt of Incentive have to calculate against Net Sale Quantity, not Net Sale Value.
