There is a report like Sub-Ledger Confirmation in web reports, We need to send a confirmation mail through scheduler. please look in this issue as soon as possible. I logged a ticket against this Ticket ID: 174929.

    We have understood from our Team that the scheduling is already implemented in your system based on the support ticket id you have mentioned. Since, the feature is already exists we are marking this idea as 'already exists'
