our last cheque book serial number for financial year 2021-22 was 27 and we updated our software from desktop version to web. after updation when we entered new cheque book, the serial number comes to 48 instead of 28.
we raised a ticket for such to allow us to maintain cheque book serial number financial year wise. but they suggest us to log such issue in idea and resolve the ticket without providing any proper solution. our ticket id was 169431.
In your desktop version, it was according to financial year.
Kindly provide some option where we can set the cheque book serial number entry according to financial year also.
