TDS Exception Limit and calculation at Pan Level instead of Vendor, this is required as we have Multiple Sub Ledger against same Vendor due to operational need of business and different warehouse locations of same Vendor.

Requirement of V-Mart Limited: https://care.ginesys.in/a/tickets/297043 ,The exception limit for TDS should be determined on a vendor's PAN basis rather than the vendor master record. As we don't have a vendor site concept and create multiple vendors for multiple GSTINs, the exception limit should be applied individually to each vendor master created, not at the PAN level.
