Observation:-
Currently, when a user log in into the POS application, the set policy will be automatically applied to them, regardless of whether it is from the role policy, site policy, or master policy.
In the current version, there is no option to set user-specific additional policies for HOLD BILLs only. Currently, if a POS bill is held by any user, they can only recall, reprint, or cancel the bill.
Users may need this option to prevent unnecessary recall of hold bills for items that have already been tagged for a store that is not ready to process the additional POS bill. They may want to cancel the bill directly instead.
