Need option to capture comments in transactions like PO , GRC and PI as per the business communication with various stakeholders. This helps with information availibility in the software itself and track progress.
For exmaple:
PO raised on 1st with delivery scheduled at month end say 31st.
A user does a follow up on same say on 15th and updates notes that delivery is on time/
On 22nd gots an update that it is in transit
On 25th gots an update that it is stuck somewhere in transit delivery will be delayed for 2 day
GRC is done and user wants to add comment
A comment is added that there is quality issue and user needs to be raise a debit note for the same
Stock inspection is done and thereafter agreed with Vendor that we will use the product
