Pain Area: If the rate of the item changes, we can update them via data import, but can't update Pending Sales/Transfer Order Rate for that item. We've to do that operation manually.
Requirement: Include controls in the item master data import so that while updating item rates, we can decide "Update Pending Sales/Transfer Order Rate" should happen or not.
