As conversed over call, you need validation msg popup on entering same PAN in vendor master. Since we donot have vendor site concept , multi Vendor master for each sites are created. Now if a vendor is having multi sites in India, PAN would be same , and if Vendor has multi sites in same state GSTIN would be same. Thus no control on it has been provided.
It could only be achieved once vendor site concept is introduced.
System currently does not have the validation control to restrict creation of duplicate vendor, wrong PAN, Mobile, GST, etc. leading to above highlighted exceptions. System level controls for not allowing wrong PAN code & duplicate PAN codes is in process of implementation.
