On holding a POS Bill/Collection Centre bill, need an option to print a report containing the details of the held POS bill/Collection centre bill.
Scenario: Often at the POS terminals, after scanning 3/4 items, the bill is kept on hold at customer request. Later on at times of rush hour, it becomes difficult for the cashiers to remember the HELD POS bill/Collection centre bills according to the respective customers. It takes them time to find out the appropriate HOLD transactions for the right customer. Using the printed hold bill document, operator will be able to easily search the same.
