In our case, we take order advance based on a sample. At times the actual cost of production varies and we need to revise the MRP of the product. This impacts the SO Rate as well. Now while using BULK Rate population tool, it skips the items in partially delivered orders.
The expectation is that it should skip the item which is partially delivered not the entire order which is having only 1 item with partial delivery.
