While searching in the LOV fields, presently system searches from the entire string (combining all LOV columns), resulting actual/relevant search result to be pushed in the later pages.
Also, the search should include only the GL/SL name. If for any reason, user wants to search from the entire string - provide some mechanism for that too. But by default LOV search should search from the field name only.
