We tried everything,but still enter button is not working on some fields.Even we showed this issue to Genisys support and technical team.Due to them this logic is not exist in software.If need more clarification please call me on below number, I will show you where enter is not working.
In order to use the Enter button to open forms, one needs to bring the focus on the opening form option by pressing tab or shift + tab and then press Enter to trigger the open form action.
Another way is you can use the keyboard shortcuts available for opening respective forms.
