My one suggestion is that whenever someone makes a purchase order for any article, it should show the last order details of that article like how many orders have been placed and how many orders are pending.
If we are ordering some set of articles and importing through text file barcode and qty so stock should be shown before the order qty and also need to show pending order qty like
Barcode -C126513 1st Coloum - Closing qty
2nd Coloum - Pending Order Qty
3rd Coloum - Order Qty
if above these details will show then we can avoid duplicate order of that particular article
As conversed over call with Mr. Harish, the requirement was to display the stock qty for all the items so that PO can be raised.The same is available in PO> Selet Item>display stock.
