Provision for Transporter id for EWB in Sub ledger master (CEN)

Under GST there are two scenario:
1. Unregistered transporter where they do not have GSTIN but only Transporter ID for EWB generation

2. Registered Transporter if he has business in multi state he can also opt for common Transporter ID that in general starts with '88'

Currently in Ginesys we only have GSTIN provision in masters which do not suffice the purpose because it gives error while GSTIN returns integration.
