Now we change the aging manually from the backend to the required account team, can some options not come on the front hand so that there is no need to go to the backend again and again.

Please share requirement more elaborately along with format and logic so that we can analyse the same at our end . In this connection we would like to inform you that we already have following Report for Ageing of HO Customer as well as POS customer separately
Retail > Register > #POS Customer Outstanding Ageing#
Finance > Register > #Customer-Vendor Outstanding Ageing Analysis#
