If the customer buys a wristwatch, he/she gets a flat 30% discount on the watch, plus a handbag as a gift.

OR

If the customer buys a wristwatch, he/she gets a flat 30% discount on the Bag OR 20% on Belt [Promotion is actually resolving on Get item - Bag or Belt]
