PROC: Price Chart UX enhancements required

Provision to add multiple Rates/Eff. Dates/Delivery Days to different Items of the same Vendor is required. Currently, it is not allowed by scanning all Items in one go.
Provision to check Itemwise last rate is required to put new rate w.r.t the old rate.
