Change in item at the time of production receipt is a common behaviour for all manufacturing units. It may be due to shortage in rawmaterials, in correct execution of some process etc. Any way, these items are to be received from job workers and eventually the orders also needs to be completed. It can happen at any stage of production cycle and hence needs to be allowed at all operation sequence.
