We are dealing with brands in SIS and SOR format, now sometimes brands give a freebie offer and also Flat discount offer, at the same time, but the customer can avail only one of the offers.
There is no such system in the software which can allow us to choose which option to apply
Example if a brand is offering a free watch on purchase of Rs 3000 and at the same time there is an offer of Flat Rs 500 on purchase of Rs 3000 on the same brand.

The customer has to choose which offer he wants.
This kind of scenarios is not possible currently
