Restrict 'Create Item Parameter' option in Vendor Master
In Supplier Setup -Procurment Tab Required Create Item Perameter Option Block to all user's. Allow only admin user. Please find the attachment for your referenece.
Thanks for sharing your idea. Currently any Master entry is not controlled user user profile as per ginesys architecture. thus we are unlikely to implement this feature.
