POS RETAIL CUSTOMER OUTSTANDING

We are not able to view the exact outstanding balance of customers .
The report is very lengthy and even shows the settled bills of customers.
Our requirement is current outstanding with customer name , bill date, bill no. item, barcode, amount and balance. when the balance became 0, it should show the option for settlement. After the settlement it should show the current due balance of the customer only. It should also have the option to see the old transaction of the customers. we are sharing some images of the screen of another software with you, which fulfill this requirement. Kindly check and update the software as per our requirement. Thank you.

    In our case we have multiple stores in same city So it's possible that the customer might visit more than one store And we wants to settle outstanding at one store only How can we achieve such a scenario

    Would like to inform you that above mentioned report is also available in POS. However, the report is limited to that particular POS only. We would like to conclude that this idea is 'already exists'.

    The Report that you have mentioned is in HO,


    we want the report in POS . The POS staff don't have access to HO

    We have already released a new web report in the following location Retail > Register > #POS Customer Outstanding#.

    In this Report you will be able to see the Customer Outstanding across all store at HO. Hope this report will suffice your requirement. If you need any customization on the report you may get in touch with our support team. If the required change demands structural changes then you may need to log another idea with all specific details and reference with existing report. If there is no such structural changes needed then it may be addressed by support team.

    Further Ginesys do not support interactive reporting as you have desired.

    Even we are facing the same issue . The option to see customer outstanding should be easy and should show from all stores . Not just one site location
