Urgent tweaking for eGV Integration

Current handling: For integrated EDC mop, if the transaction has been done, clear MOP remains disabled.

Expected handling: For integrated EDC mop,forMOP shortcode (QCEGV, EREGV), even if transaction has been done, clear MOP willremain enabled.

Kindly consider this with Item exchange changes we are releasing.
