We are facing a genuine issue related to customer returns as follows :
We being a company using Third Party warehousing initially we started our warehouse @ Tarapur, Maharashtra location and started dispatches to our B2B Customers / Franchisee stores, Company Stores And LFS partners like shopper stop or Lifestyle.
During the course we changed our warehouse to Bhiwandi and closed down the Tarapur Warehouse
Now when we are receiving returns in our new Bhiwandi warehouse few of items are getting returned on Adhoc basis cause these items were initially sold / outward from Tarapur Warehou.
Now the question is today i am using 1 warehouse but tomorrow if i decide to stop working with this ware house and start a new ware house with new third party vendor which is under discussion, then again i will face the same issue.
Hence ideally Sales Returns should be set off against the entire sales not site specific.
Do The Needful ASAP

Dear Team,
We are planning to start a new warehouse for Returns purpose and with the above mentioned functionality, we could not resolve the returns against with sales invoices, and could not be uploaded manually to GST Portal, hence matter most urgent and it will be WORKSTOPPER soon. hence do the needful ASAP.
