In POS order need an option of Packed/Received

Presently under POS Order there only option of Pending or Closed.


now the practical flow of event in any order at the Stores is like


1) Customer requests an item , which is not in stock, So we create an Order


2) The HO team sees pending POS orders from Web Reports at all stores.


3) The HO arranges for the item from the Vendor and sends to the stores


4) The Store receives and packs the order


5) The store Informs the Customer


6) The customer comes to the store to PICK up the order and does the Payment, this the the time Order status shows as Closed



Now as per the current flow in the software , there is NO option to mark the Order as Packed / Received/Ready, etc


So till the time the Order gets Billed , it keeps on showing as pending to the HO team , creating a lot of Confusion.


Kindly sort the issue ASAP on priority

    As discussed, we're discussing this internally; hence putting this under further Clarity Required. For the time being, you can use the work-around:

    > Check for target items (tagged in POS Order) qty in stock. If available -

    > Create packet (Stock will be reserved) mentioning the order no. in the packet remarks. Mention the packet no. in the POS Order remarks (Packet No: 122 | Ready)

    > Connect with customer for delivery

    > When customer arrives, delete/void the previously created packet & process the POS Order
