Pain Area: Lot of bills are created every day in huge rush in the store. Hold bill is are removed at EOD. In between items of hold bills are transferred to the rack and billed in other bills. Client is trying to maintain proper process but cannot maintain the same in store for rush.
Although, client has created a internal process mandate/TAT of 30mins to clear held-bills at POS level. This unique problem statement requires a proper solution in future.
