In the present scenario, there are only 3 options in the scheduler manager which is as follows 1. Current User 2. All user in current company 3. All user all company is this option but in this I should have one more option required (Admin user all company)

We would regret to inform you that the option you have asked for is not possible as per current architecture of Ginesys Report. However, it is good suggestion but technical limitation restricts to implement.
