and same way if any article extinct then respective icodes extinct automatic.

While searching and managing items, filtering should be done automatically. If i have given a dept, the other items i search later on should be filtered as per the department selected. earlier this feature existed in your ginesys desktop where "F3" was used. While selecting category in Item master, need look up options same as in D2K Merged

F3 option in GRC-->Create item is not working for category1---category6. This option was there in D2K which allows users to fetch last few value used for category1(say) for same combination of vendor and department.
