In HO module , as per present circumstance we have save the document and then do email manually . Example in Purchase Return we have to first download the PDF and then e mail.
There shoud be an option of email there itself , so that we can send the mail by pressing that button .
Also while email, the attachment of the document like LR / Courier receipt should also go in the mail
We would like to inform you that our HO reporting has the feature to do automatic mail on a scheduled time. Even you can opt for sending mail when it is get authorized or posted. Please get in touch with our support team they will guide you.
