We are going to do centralized to sales person of all the stores from HO only. HO will manager to Add / Edit sales person name of Stores. So there may be a change of repeated / Duplicate sales person name. so that's why we want to add two more new field of city and state in sales person assignment.

Requirement: To add city and state in sales person assignment in order to identify the duplicate sales person name.
Clarification Required: Why city and state is required as unique field checks when the sales person no. is unique.Does the no. doesn't suffice the requirement. If Not, Why? please explain in detail.
