Swapping of Delivery Challan (Packages) in Organization Site is required. Currently we can do it by "modifying" a selected package at a time.
Separate module can be added where we can collectively swap the Destination Sites of Packages, as we have to swap the packages of a whole consignment from one Managed Site to Another more frequently.
A Data Import module option can also be added for the same.

We have provided a copy delivery challan option. You can create a new packet by copying items from the existing packet and cancel the old delivery challan.
Also, we have import excel option using which you can import the data to create new delivery challans.
Given the workarounds that addresses your problem statement, we are marking this idea as "Will not implement". Thanks for posting your ideas!
