Freight involves huge cost on operation for any Trading or Manufacturing industry, where freight is charged basis :
FTL - Full truck load
Part Load
Basis no of Packages etc.
Further additional charges like
Insurance cost
Lr Charges
Local taxes for few state like Delhi, Kerala, assam and chadigarh
Also the freight is measured basis various UOM - i.e, Pakage wise, CFT wise, Volumetric weight wise , or net weight wise ( for Iron and heavy materials).
Hence freight module - or Freight master which is linked with LR booking viz a viz booking of transporter bills in accordance with the LR is vital and getting vital for the Modern ERP concepts.
We are keen to get this implemented here as soon as possible, since we are also assuming some cost saving if Ginesys can contribute to our organisation.
