When we plan stock audit and activate the audit journal, system should allow unlimited logins to scan the items and complete the process as fast as possible. Your current system only allows limited access bases on POS licenses purchased. Limited logins will take too long to scan thousands of SKUs. Since billing is stopped during stock audit, there is no downside to giving unlimited user logins to complete the process.
Unaccounted for login will defeat the purpose of tracking & accountability. What if there's some error in scanning while stock audit - there will not be any accountable login, as those are not being tracked / unlocked during the audit. For the sake of the conversation, let us assume there are unlimited login during the period and they can not bill, But those users will access back-office for scanning; now once the audit is over, those users are no longer available in the system. Also these users activity will also be no longer tracked/available in audit-trail.
We're marking this as unlikely to implement. Keep posting your idea.
