intagration POS with EDC will be best for Re-consolation

POS with EDC and Bank statement reconsolation is need for this hour.

    You can utilize existing POS Analytics report 'Bill Collection' to generate desired MOP 's (in this case EDC type MOP) collection details, for the given period. Export the generated report & one can easily reconcile the same with bank statement.
