For Example i want to send the bill wise outstanding report at every 1st working day of the month to all my customers

Now its not necessary that every customer has an email address and checks email on a regular basis

Is it possible to schedule a sms link to that report on the customer mobile so that he clicks that link and the report is downloaded on his/her mobile
