Kindly consider numeric 1, 2 & 3 field for create a new item, because based on numeric 3 we develop a custom report from you in year 2015. from that day we are using numeric 3 field. so please do the needful asap.

This field we are using while we split item, In this field we entered Incentive amount value Like Rs.100 , 200 etc... then we will use this field for our incentive calculation report.
