I am taking POS backup every day end and backing up a copy into pen drive also ..
If there is any system hard disc failure ,i am not able to restore from pen drive backup as scheduled sync done and valid differential back up not present ...
But ginesys supposed to provide alternate solution to restore data as already data been synced at HO ...
don't know why you are not providing ..
what is the use of taking backup everyday as that particular backup not valid until last differential backup present..

Please do not charge customer for this ! Because cases like HDD crash are inevitable.and backup is not valid until last differential backup matches Pls consider this request for those are paying AMC in time ! Thank you !
We do have a "Restore from HO" provision for such cases. You are requested to get in touch with your account manager for further details on it.
