Need Report forAll Deleted Entries

Dear Team,

we need a report of all deleted entries. that report contained USEr ID,DATE&time,TERMINALS etc details. we need this report for daily checking all our entries ON DAILY BASIS.IN ATTACHEMNT WE GIVE A EXCEL SHEET IN WHICH ALL REQUIRED FIELD ARE GIVEN.
