I want to have the Customer Loyalty Ageing Report
So that I have complete information of Loyalty Point Ageing
Loyalty Point ageing is not available in Ginesys Report currently and there is no such road map to include the same as per current architecture. Alternatively you may get in touch with your account manager to get solution from third party Loyalty Management service providers who have already integrated their service with Ginesys.
