We are using Easyrewardz EMR loyalty program, we required Customer Loyalty points accrual restriction flag while making POS bill.
Because some times we provide discount to customer that time we don't want to issue loyalty points. But we required customer information like:- Mobile number, Name, GST number, Address etc...
and if same customer repeat next shopping if that customer not getting any bill discount then he will be get loyalty points against his shopping amount.
By default this flag allow to accrual loyalty points. If in specific bill if we don't want to issue loyalty points that time only this flag we will remove.

SO PLS WE REQUST U TO EDIT THE LOYALTY POLICY REMOVE THE ADDING POINTS ABOVE 3 CONDITION AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE
