In the Cube Manager list view, status in 'Ready to Refresh' indicates that the cube is ready to get fresh set of data. Whereas in Cube history window status depicts the status of each iteration. Particular cube can get failed for the last time it's been refreshed, but it's now ready for next iteration; hence 'Ready to Refresh' status is being shown.

If it is not possible to show "Failed" status on front then mark with colour (RED) as well as showing yellow colour at the time of refreshing.

For Your Clarification I have attached screenshot.
By Seeing in Main form can't know whether the cube is completed or failed.
I have to check in Show History whether the cube is completed or failed.
