Extension of Loyalty Card Validity for all existing members

Hi,

 

Our benefit type is nearing expiry and we would like to extend the validity of the benefit to all our existing customer base.

As of now, we can only extend the validity of the card, but not for all the existing members.

There should be an option where we can extend the validity of the existing members in a seamless manner.
