To void a bill, we have to unsettle settlement from HO then sync HO > sync POS > Void Bill > Settle > Sync POS.

As per our present architecture, HO user & POS users are in separate group. Even if we provide bill void access rights to HO user, the user will not be able to access POS; hence would not be able to void. That is why from HO, one can only view POS bills / PTC bills.

Managers sitting at the HO takes the decision to Void a bill, so the option should be available in HO too. Else without voiding POS people are settling, then HO has to unsettle and then void in pos again settle.
