Hi,

We use Ginesys Loyalty program wherein we offer flat % discount to all our customers. Initially when we migrated to Ginesys Loyalty program, we imported POS Customers using Data Import tool under utilities.

Followed by which we started tagging our customers to the bills and avail member benefit.

However, while tagging the customers, we need to download them from HO database and then tag. This process takes up time at the billing counter. And, in case our primary internet is down, our back up dongle is not able to provide enough bandwidth.

Please provide a solution where in we can have our member detail on the local server, so that it can be accessed quickly.
