0.25% GST with CGST/SGST as 0.125% provision

Dealing with semi-precious stones or precious stones attracts GST rate of 0.25% with CGST & SGST components being 0.125%. Currently, Ginesys allows only 2 decimal place values to be inputted in SGST & CGST fields. This should be changed and provisions should be added as per GST law.
