Void bill reason requied at Store

we are required void bill season at store please do the needful

    At the time of voiding a POS Bill, system will prompt user to provide void reason. It is available in Latest version of GINESYS [11.51.1] . Screenshot attached for your reference.

    If you are not in our latest version then please get it updated.

    can you explain me where is a option at store location I am not talking about Head office
